Bitcoin Price Rises Over $30,000 After Record Loss | Latest Cryptocurrency Price

Bitcoin and Ethereum have shown some improvement gaining nearly 5% and 6% each in the past 24 hours.

It was the first time that Bitcoin had gone through more than six consecutive weeks without a positive return.

Bitcoin’s price surged past the $30,000 mark even as the world’s most popular cryptocurrency posted a record loss in week nine. However, the global cryptocurrency market is in green as most altcoins saw strong gains.

It was the first time that Bitcoin had gone through more than six consecutive weeks without a positive return.

Bitcoin price rose 5.62% to $30,613. The price of the world’s second largest cryptocurrency by market cap, Ethereum, was $1,902, up 7.02%.

“Bitcoin and Ethereum have shown some improvement gaining almost 5% and 6% each in the past 24 hours compared to their performance over the past two days. Bitcoin remains consolidated, but it will likely take some time to reach its level of force,” Edul Patel, co-founder and CEO of Mudrex, said.

“Bitcoin could break above its initial resistance at $33,000 if buyers extend support. This growth could keep buyers active in the market,” Patel said.

XRP gained 5.39%, Solana rose 9.88%, Cardano rose 13%, Stellar gained over 14%, Polkadot rose over 12%, Dodgecoin rose over 6%, Avalanche gained more than 13% and Shiba Inu increased by more than 15%.
