International Lawyers Network publishes the 2nd edition of the guide “Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Rehabilitation Procedures”

The Restructuring and Insolvency Group of the International Lawyers Network announced the second version of its publication, “Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Rehabilitation Proceedings: An International Guide”. This collaborative electronic guide provides a summary of the key principles of insolvency and bankruptcy law in 15 countries around the world, serving as a quick and convenient reference for those needing help in those jurisdictions.

Chief Executive Officer and Guide Facilitator Lindsay Griffiths said: “As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, we expect bankruptcy, insolvency and pardon proceedings to be of concern to businesses in a number of jurisdictions. Our previous guide has been updated. with current numbers and regulations and we have extended the guide to Australia and Portugal. We are happy to offer this solid resource to those with needs in these jurisdictions, as well as to connect businesses that may need assistance with knowledgeable attorneys. ”
