ORDER PERMITTING SERVICE BY PUBLICATION

IN PLACE OF PERSONAL SERVICE

The petitioner, Christopher Moss, by and through his undersigned attorney, has filed a motion

for an order authorizing service of process on the respondent, Alicia Nicole Napier, by publication

instead of personal service. Petitioner has demonstrated by affidavit setting out the applicable grounds TCA § 21-1-203(a) that, after investigation at Defendant’s ordinary place of residence; the defendant cannot be found to be served.

It is therefore ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court:

Immediately cause a copy of this order to be published for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Gallatin News, which newspaper is the major circulation newspaper in Sumner County.

Include in the order the names of the parties to this action, the name of this Court and the location where this Court is held.

Include in the order that is published that the defendant must respond or otherwise respond to the divorce complaint in this action within thirty (30) days after the fourth weekly publication of this order, and if she does not respond or otherwise responds, a fault judgment

can be brought against her
